Domestic shipping (U.S. Only) & shipping to Canada is available at this time. We are a small company and process all orders individually with care from Tallahassee, Florida. Currently, we have a turn around time of 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed, for it to be shipped out. (Please allow 3 additional business days for shipments to Canada.) Expedited shipping is not available at this time. All items ship via USPS. You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has shipped, along with a United States Postal Service tracking number. You will be able to track your item on usps.com.
Please make sure to double check the shipping address on your order before placing the order. We cannot change it once the order is placed, and will not refund an order with an incorrectly entered address. If we have an order sent back to us due to the wrong address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to resend it to you.
We ship via USPS Priority which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, to ensure the safety of your delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Due to the very small nature of our shop, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time due to sizing. We strive to maintain the highest quality control for our items, but if you find that something is damaged when you receive it, we'll be happy to replace it or issue you a store credit!
FIRST, please email us with your ORDER NUMBER to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with explanation of the defective item (and photos if necessary), in order to receive approval to mail the item back. Please do not send items back without first emailing us with this information.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Retro Kids Collective. When returning your item(s), we suggest you ship via USPS and purchase tracking information for your security.

When mailing the item(s), please include your invoice and/or a note with the following information:
1) Your full name or the full name of the person who purchased your order
2) Your order number
3) Your email address
4) Your shipping address
5) OPTIONAL: If you’d like, include any feedback for us. This helps us provide you with more excellent stuff in the future!
Once we have received your item(s) and have determined it is indeed defective, we will issue you store credit. You will be notified via email. Please allow 3 business days (from the date we receive your item) for us to issue the store credit.
Please make sure to check the size description and chart on the item you’re ordering. (These can be found on the individual item page.)
We recommend that you wash your items INSIDE OUT with like colors on a cold, delicate cycle and tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. (Laying flat to dry is preferable.)
